Change and Release Manager / Vendor Coordinator

 

Responsibilities 

  • Engage with internal and Client Stakeholders including Technical and Management
  • De-conflicting client requirement's
  • Management of vendor Partners
  • Input in to ITIL management
  • Maintenance Scheduling

 

 

Essential Experience

  • Knowledge of Change and release management processes and procedures
  • Stakeholder management
  • Previous experience within an IT focused business environment
  • Maintenance or Project scheduling
  • Proven ability to communicate with clients at the EL1 level and above
  • Software and Hardware Licensing

 

 

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in a multi-vendor collaboration and partnership environment
  • General technical background Eg: Linux, Windows, Virtualisation
  • Previous experience with Vendor Management
  • Previous experience in a Project Co-ordination role
  • Experience in creation of improvement plans for change and release management functions

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
